HH Model 5500 Centrifuge with Fully-Electric Variable Main and Back Drives

Machine Description: High G-Force 5500 Centrifuge with fully-electric variable main and back drives system, including CentriSmartÔ Control Panel. The fully variable main, back, and feed pump drives provide for infinite adjustment of the main drive from 500 g's to 2100 g's, a conveyor differential of 10 RPM to 60 RPM and a feed rate of 0 GPM to 230 GPM when equipped with the proper pump.

The Hutchison Hayes Model 5500 Decanting Centrifuge includes a rotating assembly dimensioned 16" diameter x 55" long. The rotating bowl is made from stainless steel and is centrifugally cast as one piece (not a welded assembly) in order to withstand corrosion and stress associated with high-speed operation. The conveyor is also constructed of stainless steel. This complete rotating assembly will be dynamically balanced.
