Skid or Portable with heavy duty wheels
- Steel skid, channel welded to flat steel plate with centrifuge and centrifuge mounting bolts welded at fixed location
- If Portable, Four heavy duty caster wheels, 2 Ridged, 2 Fixed
- High / Low Temperature switch for automatic shut down & start up to regulate temperature to process fluids between 100 and 186 degree for best separation
- Flow Switch for automatic shutdown in a no flow situation.
- Pressure Guages to regulate input and output of fluids, all liquid filled
- Prefilter Strainer w/ 60 mesh insert to protect gear pump
- Feed Control Valve to control feed to centrifuge
- Heater / Pasteurization with housing to preheat fluids prior to feeding centrifuge
- Control Panel wired for 230/460 volt, 3ph, 60hz
- Stainless Steel drip pan mounted on a retractable bracket attached to the undercarriage of steel skid
- Three 10 foot hoses, (1) divert hose, (1) process hose & (1) clean return hose
- All pre-wired, pre-piped to machine codes
- Tool Box, mounted under control panel for centrifuge tools
- One Instruction / Operation manual
